Bacon - Spinach - Banana - Morning Riser

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2/3 cup broccoli.

  • 2/3 cup spinach.

  • 5 slices of banana.

  • 1/3 white onion sliced.

  • 3 slices bacon.

  • pinch of sea salt .

  • 1 small clove - garlic. (optional)

  • pinch of pepper.

  • 1 tbs Olive oil. 

 

Heat pan, add olive oil, garlic, onions, salt, pepper and cook until caramelized. In another pan cook bacon to personal liking. (drain and rest on paper towel for fat removal.) Add broccoli and spinach to caramelized onions and saute lightly.  Add bacon and banana slices after! Just the right sweetness!

Venison - apple - avocado - lunch idea

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 5 slices of Venison sausage. 

  • 1/2 Avocado sliced.

  • 1 handful of organic spinach. 

  • 6 cheese (your choice) squared. 

  • Half sized apple (your choice) sliced

  • 1 tbsp of hummus. (optional)

  • 1 dash of sea salt.

  • 1 dash of freshly cracked pepper.

  • 1 tsp olive oil.

 

Venison sausage is low in fats and high in clean proteins. Not to worry, this meal is not a weight gainer as you're in control of your portion size. You can find Venison at the St Lawrence Market at Second Wind Farms on Saturdays. 

Turkey Pattie recipe
All natural protein shake - Vegan

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1lb of (lean grass fed/free range) ground turkey.

  • 2 tsp olive oil. (use to oil pan)

  • 1 onion (your choice) chopped.

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced.

  • 8oz baby bella mushrooms, chopped. (optional)

  • Tomatoes

  • 1 tsp of sea salt.

  • 1 tsp of freshly cracked pepper.

 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and shape into  patties. Grill over medium heat or broil. Use a drip pan and avoid frying. Enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts. (protein option 1)

  • 1 small banana or half large banana.

  • Handful of mixed greens or spinach.

  • 1/2 cup organic berry of your choice.

  • 1tsp Fish Oil. (Extra protein choice)

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender, enjoy! Quick and easy to prepare; great for breakfast or post workout.
