Fascial Stretch Therapy has become a vital component to my training protocols. The results that I have achieved after each session has been remarkable. I have posted a couple of before and after pictures below with a client doing a simple hamstring reach test. I had just completed a lower body FST session that approximated one hour. This was the clients first session.
